Polo Ralph Laurenさまのグローバルイベントにて
お茶席を担当させていただくという

大変光栄な機会をいただきました。

当日は国内外の著名人の方々をはじめ、
メディアやVIPのお客さまなど約200名の皆さまに

茶道のお点前をご覧いただき、お抹茶のひとときをお愉しみいただきました。

歴史ある日本家屋を舞台に
DJの音楽が流れる空間の中で、

お点前をさせていただくという
伝統と現代が融合したようなユニークな空間で、

プロフェッショナルの皆さまが
創り上げた世界の中に身を置き、
素晴らしいゲストの方々とお抹茶のひとときを共にできたことは
何にも代えがたい喜びでした。

日本の方だけでなく海外からいらしていたお客さまから


「ずっと見ていたくなるような美しさでした」

お声をかけていただけたことも
深く心に刻まれています。

今回このような素晴らしい世界に導いてくださり温かくサポートをしてくださったディレクター、チームのみなさまに心より感謝申し上げます。

重ねてきた準備がかけがえのない時間へとつながったことに大きな喜びを感じると同時に、

自分の未熟さや至らなさにも改めて気づかされ、一層学びと研鑽を深めていきたいと心新たにしております。

I had the great honor of presenting a tea ceremony at a global event hosted by Polo Ralph Lauren.

On the day of the event, approximately 200 guests—including distinguished guests from Japan and abroad, members of the media, and VIPs—joined us to experience the graceful preparation of matcha and enjoy a moment over a bowl of tea.

Set within a historic Japanese residence, the tea ceremony unfolded against the backdrop of music played by a DJ—a unique setting where Japanese tradition and contemporary culture came together.

To find myself within this extraordinary world, thoughtfully brought to life by an exceptional team of professionals, and to share the experience of matcha with so many wonderful guests was a joy beyond words.

I was especially touched by the kind words I received from guests from both Japan and overseas:

“There was such beauty in the ceremony—I could have watched it forever.”

“It was truly captivating.”

Their words remain deeply with me.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the director and the entire team who invited me into this remarkable experience and supported me so warmly throughout.

Every detail was prepared with care, with the hope of creating a meaningful experience for our guests. Seeing those preparations come together in such an unforgettable moment brought me immense joy.

At the same time, the experience reminded me of how much there is still to learn and refine. I move forward with renewed dedication to deepening my practice and continuing to grow in the art of tea.
